To cut down on queues this year we are setting up an e-ticket collection service in advance of the ball at the CSC reception. From the 1st May, once you have paid for you ticket online you can then collect it from the CSC reception at The Lewis Building (136 Gower Street) during opening hours. As with all Etickets you will need to present UCL ID to prove your identity. Only the purchaser may collect the tickets. If you can’t get to the CSC reception to collect your tickets don’t worry as we’ll still have the list on the night of those who have bought tickets but haven’t yet collected them.

VIP drinks reception: + £10
At 20:30 we will have a VIP reception on top of the steps on the Portico. To purchase a ticket for the reception simply select the option in the drop down menu on the online ticket page. Ticket includes two glasses of sparkling wine. Tickets for the VIP reception are only available online. Limited number.
Drinks Wristbands + £10
Save £5 and prepurchase £15 worth of drinks for just £10. The wristband will come with 5 tear off tabs each representing a drink worth £3. Simply select the option online. Note that you can only prepurchase the drinks wristband online. Limited number.ts&cs apply. You can also purchase additional wristbands individually online.

From 1st May 2012 you can buy your ticket from the following UCLU outlets. You will need to present UCL ID.
